Counselling on-line and off-line

As I work mainly in organisations my counselling work centres around challenges at work issues like stress, relationships, communication, identity, etc by changing unhelpful ‘Thinking Patterns’. 

  

I also counsel on-line. I find cognitive behavioural therapy practical and effective and allows clients to support themselves quite easily. The way we think can impact the way we feel. These lead to troublesome emotions that can stop personal and professional development. In recent times I have found that caregivers at work need help to cope with the competing demands of work and home . 

 

On-line coaching  is private secure and affordable. It offers online messaging and video support over a four week programme.
